Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Activity Bot collects, uses, stores, and protects information obtained through Discord.

1. About the Application

The Activity Bot is an internal staff activity tracking and moderation statistics tool for a community Discord server. It is used only by authorized server staff and is not intended to be a general-purpose public analytics service.

2. Information We Access

The Application may access the following information through the Discord API:

3. How Information Is Used

Information accessed by the app is used solely to calculate staff activity statistics for the private Discord server.

This includes counting messages sent by designated staff members, calculating participation in ban-appeal threads, and categorizing moderation evidence based on designated reactions.

The textual content of Discord messages is not analyzed for its meaning and is not used for advertising, profiling, or artificial intelligence or machine-learning training.

4. Message Data

The Application retrieves Discord message objects while performing activity checks. Message information is processed to determine the author, timestamp, and relevant reactions needed to calculate the requested statistics.

Raw message content is not included in the generated activity reports and is not intentionally stored as part of the activity statistics system.

5. Reports and Stored Data

Activity checks produce reports containing aggregate statistics, such as message counts and moderation statistics. These reports may be stored on the server hosting the Application for use by authorized staff.

Reports do not contain the full text of the Discord messages used to calculate the statistics.

6. Discord OAuth2

The Application uses Discord OAuth2 to authenticate users of its private web interface.

OAuth2 is used only to verify the user's Discord identity and determine whether the user is authorized to access the web interface. Access is restricted using an explicit whitelist maintained by the app's admin.

7. Data Sharing

The Application does not sell, rent, or provide Discord user data to advertisers, data brokers, or other unrelated third parties.

Data obtained through the Discord API is used only as necessary to operate the apps's stated functionality.

8. Data Security

The Application is hosted on a private virtual private server and access to its administrative functionality is restricted to a single user. Authentication credentials and API secrets are stored separately from the public website.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

The Application does not intentionally retain raw Discord message content as part of its activity reports.

Activity reports may be retained for as long as they are useful to the server's authorized staff. Administrators may delete stored reports when they are no longer required.

If you believe that information associated with your Discord account is being retained unnecessarily, you may contact "lamb.exe2" to request its deletion.

10. Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for use within a private Discord server and is not specifically directed toward children.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Application's data practices change. The date shown at the beginning of this document indicates when it was most recently updated.

12. Contact

For questions about this Privacy Policy or requests concerning information processed by the Application, contact "lamb.exe2", the sole bot administrator.

13. Third-Party Service

The bot uses Discord's API and OAuth2 services. Discord's own privacy practices are described in Discord's Privacy Policy .
